Trainer

\nThis is a hands-on role where you'll deliver practical training, assess competency, support new starters and work closely with managers to identify and close skills gaps.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nDelivering on-the-job training across production teams\nSupporting onboarding and ongoing development of employees\nConducting competency assessments and maintaining training records\nManaging training matrices and learning systems\nWorking with operational leaders to identify training needs\nPromoting food safety, health & safety and best practice standards\nSupporting continuous improvement and operational change projects\n\nWhat we're looking for\n\nExperience within food manufacturing or a production environment\nPrevious training, coaching or mentoring experience\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nExperience with competency assessments and training records\nGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office\nA positive, approachable style with a passion for developing people\nTrain the Trainer qualifications are beneficial but not essential.\n\nInterested?\n\nIf you enjoy helping people learn, develop and perform at their best, we'd love to hear from you
