QC/QA – Recladding & Façade Projects\n\nSouth London\nUp to £45,000 + Package\n\nA growing main contractor specialising in cladding remediation and façade refurbishment works is looking to appoint a QC/QA professional for a major private residential project in South London worth £25m.\n\nThis is a long-term opportunity on a large-scale recladding scheme with approximately 2 years of secured work remaining.\n\nThe role will involve working closely with the site team and subcontractors to ensure all installation works are completed to the required quality standards and in line with project specifications.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Carrying out quality inspections across cladding and façade installations\n\n * Monitoring workmanship on site\n\n * Managing QA documentation and inspection records\n\n * Reporting defects and non-conformances\n\n * Supporting compliance and handover procedures\n\n * Working alongside site management teams and subcontractors\n\nRequirements\n\n * Previous QA/QC experience within construction\n\n * Experience on cladding, façade, remediation or external envelope projects\n\n * Good understanding of quality processes and site compliance\n\n * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills\n\n * Experience working with Fieldview\n\nPackage\n\n * Salary up to £45,000\n\n * Competitive package\n\n * Long-term secured work\n\n * Opportunity to join a busy contractor with a growing pipeline of projects across London
