£17,000 basic salary - Opportunity to earn excellent commission and development within the business!

(This opportunity would be perfect for someone who is wanting a challenge, there is potential development within the business, if proven sales within them 3 months.) Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9am, - 5pm (Open to flexibility)

Key Responsibilities;

• Develop and generate your own prospects.
• Answer potential client's questions about their business goals and how the product can help them.
• Generate 15+ conversions per week targeted from 50 calls per day.
• Set appointments with leads and our technical demo staff should they require a more in-depth product demonstration.
• Follow up and keep track of previous conversions to facilitate good customer relations and minimise drop off.
• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
• Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all time

About the role;

Our Client is hiring a Telesales Consultant to enhance their sales and accounts.

The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with multiple firms each day to sell Field Service Management Software. They are looking for a driven, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of strong commission.

You will be working on both inbound hot prospect leads as well as generating your own outbound prospects. Their cloud-based software, Field Service Management Software generates 15 trials a month via our online presence in only one sector.

You would be expected to follow up these trial initialisation, and follow up non responses and convert to trial. Once converted you will then be an account manager for the account and provide an excellent service through-out the sales.

Ideally, you will have an interest in IT and software products. (This would be beneficial for the role but not essential)
