This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial, healthcare, residential, life sciences, and data centre sectors.\n\nThis role would suit someone with proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages and managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.\n\nYou'll be responsible for:\n\nManaging mechanical packages through the full project lifecycle\nLeading project teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers\nEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget\nManaging procurement activities and project reporting\nClient-facing responsibilities including progress meetings and stakeholder management\nWorking closely with commercial, design, and site delivery teams\nOverseeing commissioning and project handover processesWhat They're Looking For\n\nExperience working for an MEP contractor or main contractor delivering building services packages\nProven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects\nStrong mechanical building services knowledge\nCommercial awareness and programme management experience\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nRelevant mechanical/building services qualifications beneficialDiamond and the Danny Sullivan Group are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
