About the Role:

• Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a respected local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and competent team.

Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:

• Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
\n
• To advise on sensitive ASC matters
\n
• Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
\n
• Court of Protection (COP)
\n

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

\n
• Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
\n
• Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
\n
