Inbound and outbound relationship building | Hybrid working model | Direct impact on lending growth\n\nWe're looking to recruit a Business Development Executive within specialist lending, this role offers the chance to build deeper broker relationships while directly contributing to lending growth in a high-performing, expanding team.\n\n You’ll work closely with senior BDMs, developing your market presence and building a pipeline that supports both your own progression and wider business performance. This is a role where your activity translates directly into results, with clear visibility of your impact.\n\n You’ll be joining at a key growth point, working within a structured, relationship-led sales environment. There is real opportunity to strengthen your network, deepen your sector expertise, and position yourself for future progression.\n\n Package & Benefits\n • Salary £35,000–£38,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)\n • Annual performance-related bonus linked to targets.\n • Hybrid working model.\n\n About the Company\n You will be joining an established specialist lender with over a decade of market presence, known for strong performance across bridging and development finance.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n • Build and manage relationships with financial intermediaries to generate new lending opportunities.\n • Support Regional BDMs in achieving targets through proactive broker engagement and pipeline development.\n • Promote lending products to maximise profitability and grow the lending book.\n • Identify and act on new business opportunities through structured outbound activity and market awareness.\n\n About You\n • Experience in specialist mortgages or specialist lending - we'll consider mortgage, bridging, buy-to-let or commercial lending experience \n • Proven ability to build and manage intermediary relationships.\n • Experience working towards and achieving lending or sales targets.\n\n If you’d like to explore this opportunity, even if your CV isn’t fully up to date, we’d welcome a conversation.
