Ref: 23345\nSalary: £38,000, plus bi-annual profit-sharing bonus\nLocation: London\nJob status: Permanent\nWorking hours: 35 hours per week onsite\nStart date: ASAP\nTeam member with responsibilities including technical support at customer sites, product repair and supporting business development.\nField Service Engineer (Semiconductor) - Responsibilities:\n * Responding to customer technical questions by email and telephone support.\n * Product Repair and Repair Management (preparing repair summaries and quotations to customers)\n * Support to business development team\n * Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of RF Products at customer sites in Europe.\n * Health & Safety /IT– responsible for ensuring company meets policy requirements\n * Travel – Business travel mainly to UK and Europe for customer support\nField Service Engineer (Semiconductor) - Requirements:\n * Previous experience or study in Electronic Engineering\n * Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Access and Power Point to intermediate level. Internet and email.\n * Fluent in written and spoken English\n * Experience of working in an engineering environment Soldering experience\n * German, Japanese other languages a plus\n * IT server knowledge (desirable)\n * Knowledge of RF and DC power supplies, impedance matching units or plasma chambers (desirable)\n * Knowledge of workplace Health & Safety (desirable)\n * Experience of using RF measuring equipment (desirable)\nPlease follow us on Linkedin: company/people-first-team-japan\nWe would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
