Extrusion Operator

Impact Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Extrusion Operator to join one of our clients on a permanent basis.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business offering long-term stability and development opportunities.\n\nRole: Extrusion Operator\nHours: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm\nLocation: Northampton\nSalary: £35,000\n\nDuties:\n\nSafely operate extrusion and pelletising machinery in line with company procedures\nLoad extrusion machines and remove finished products\nSet and adjust machine controls, including start-up and shutdown procedures\nMonitor production output and machine performance\nIdentify, record, and report defects, non-conformances, and production failures\nComplete production reporting, including extrusion run times and material output\nCarry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning\nComplete check sheets and defect reporting documentation\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience with setting and operating extruders\nReliable and able to work effectively as part of a team\nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and adaptWhat's On Offer:\n\nPermanent full-time opportunity with a growing business\nSalary increase to £35,000 once fully trained\nStable Monday to Friday working hours with no weekends\nTraining and development opportunitiesIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with an up-to-date CV.\n\nImpact Recruitment are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client
