Commercial Manager - Facilities Management (Public Sector)\n Location: The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)\n Salary: Up to £65,000 + car/allowance + benefits\n\nThe Role \n\n We are seeking a commercially driven Commercial Manager to lead the financial and contractual performance of a high-profile public sector Facilities Management contract. \n Acting as the key commercial point of contact for the client, you will take ownership of contract variations, pricing, negotiations and dispute resolution, ensuring value is protected and performance is continuously enhanced.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contract with strong progression opportunities, where you will play a key role in driving margin improvement, managing risk and supporting long-term commercial success. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead contract variations from identification and pricing through to agreement and recovery\nAct as the primary commercial interface with the client on contractual matters and dispute resolution\nDrive margin improvement, cost control and overall commercial performance\nManage commercial risk, governance, compliance and contractual obligations across the lifecycle\nTranslate commercial strategy into practical operational delivery\nOversee work in progress (WIP), forecasting and financial performance alongside Finance teams\nProvide commercial support to operational teams, including cost recovery and pricing guidance\nBuild strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across operations, finance and supply chain\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nStrong commercial management experience within Facilities Management (hard and soft services)\nKnowledge of Government and public sector contracts, including CCS and NEC frameworks\nProven ability to manage margin, cost control and commercial risk\nExperience with contract variations, pricing models and performance mechanisms\nStrong negotiation, stakeholder management and client-facing skills\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to influence at senior level\nWhy Join\n\nClear progression opportunities within a leading Facilities Management provider\nExposure to a high-profile Government contract (FCDO)\nCollaborative environment with strong cross-functional support\nCompetitive salary with car or allowance and benefits package \n\nRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
